Who do we help?
Single homeless male ex-offenders and those at risk of offending. Must have local connection to Birmingham Area.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept referrals from any agency and direct from prisons.
Referral procedure
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Referral form. Interview. Information sought from any other agency involved with the clients needs (with client's permission). NOMS regional referral form required for probation/prison referrals.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 1 year
Support and accommodation
Support offered
3 full time staff provide support Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, emergency on-call system. Keywork system with regular meetings. Initial assessment of agreed needs determines what action will be taken over a period of time. Support with living skills, health, training and employment, increasing confidence. Referral to specialist health, alcohol and drug services.

Visitors
Between 9am-10.30pm. No under 18s. One overnight guest up to 3 nights a week. Signing-in book.
