Single homeless ex-offenders. Priority given to applicants with a local connection to Birmingham.

No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone between 7.30am-11pm daily.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
5 full time staff, 24 hour sleep-in over. Keywork system (4-5 residents per worker), monthly meetings. Staff assess residents' needs and draw up a support plan outlining agreed action to be taken, may include help with addressing previous offending behaviour, life skills, social skills and accessing training and employment opportunities.

£10.29pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
Alcohol and smoking allowed in own rooms only. Licence agreement.
Between 9am-10.30pm. No under 18s. Overnight guests allowed with staff knowledge.
Buses 45 and 47 stop 5 minutes walk from project.
