Who is the project for?

Who do we help?

Single men with support needs, including ex-offenders and people with drug, alcohol and other life controlling problems. No local connection required.

Who we cannot help

Mappa cases, Prolific offenders, arsonists. Rarely take Sex Offenders

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self-referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone, call in Mon-Fri 8.30am-4:30pm or write for application form, completed by applicant and referral agency prior to interview. Download and complete application form and term and conditions.

Length of stay

  • Minimum stay: 9 months
  • Maximum stay: 1 year

Support and accommodation

Support offered

3 full time and plus volunteers, 8 hour cover, plus 24 hour on call. Mostly group work re: addictions and childhood trauma and recovery from. Staff provide support around independent living skills.

Residents currently pay £58.76 per week as a top-up.

House rules and tenure

Must participate in programme of support. No alcohol/drugs allowed on the premises. Smoking in designated area only. Licence agreement. See Terms and Conditions document website.


No visitors on site however residents are allowed days out with visitors from 10 am to 4pm after successful progression through the program first three phases of the program.

Bus from rural projects 2 miles away. Both move on projects have easy access to transport.


Volunteer programme. Opportunities available to help with admin support, driving, befriending, computer training, counselling and fundraising. Phone or email for further information.
