Accommodation for local homeless individuals, and bed spaces in a therapeutic community for men who are ready and willing to face the causes of their addiction.

Referral agencies

Accept self-referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone, call in Mon-Fri 8.30am-4:30pm or write for application form, completed by applicant and referral agency prior to interview. Download and complete application form and term and conditions.

Therapeutic Community has a staff team on site Mon-Fri 8-5 with emergency call out provision overnight and at weekends.

The Freedom Centre is close to the town centre. The Therapeuitc Community is isolated and is a 30 minute walk to the closest rural bus service.


Volunteers linked to the day centre provision, but not housing or TC.
