Who is the project for?

Who do we help?

Young single homeless people from 18. Priority given to applicants with a local connection to North Kesteven.

Who we cannot help

People convicted of Schedule 1 offences or with a history of violence or drug dealing. Those with a drug/alcohol problem unwilling to get help. People with a conviction for arson.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

5 full time staff, waking night cover. Residents meet with a keyworker weekly to review progress with personal action plan which covers help with training, employment, education, and developing living skills eg budgeting, cooking, health awareness, developing independence and team skills, IT. Support with addressing offending behaviour and anti social behaviour.

£12.44pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies

House rules and tenure

Residents must actively engage with a positive daytime activity such as education, training, paid employment or volunteering. No misuse/abuse of alcohol allowed. Smoking in own room only. Licence agreement.

Visitors

Must leave by 10.30pm. No under 16s without parent or social worker. No overnight guests.
