Who do we help?
Single homeless people with support needs. Must have a local connection to the Newark and Sherwood district of Nottinghamshire.
Who we cannot help
No Automatic Exclusions.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone or call in 24/7 for application form, completed by applicant and referral agency. Interview at project. Risk assessment required. If a self-referral we can offer support to complete the form.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 Night
- Maximum stay: 2 Years
Support and accommodation
2 full time staff, covering support 08:00 – 16:00. Compulsory key work system (15 residents per worker), 2 weekly meetings, weekly contact. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed weekly. Staff provide support around independent living skills and appropriate resettlement options. Signpost to appropriate external agencies.

Local bus and train links within 5 minutes walk from the service.
