Single homeless people with support needs. Must have a local connection to the Newark and Sherwood district of Nottinghamshire.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone or call in 24/7 for application form, completed by applicant and referral agency. Interview at project. Risk assessment.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
6 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system (8 residents per worker), weekly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed weekly. Staff provide support around independent living skills and appropriate resettlement options. Signpost to appropriate external agencies.

£17.36pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
Must participate in programme of support. No alcohol in communal areas (or on premises for under 18s). Smoking allowed in own room. Licence agreement.
Between 10am-9.45pm. No visitors in first week. No overnight guests.
Newark bus station - 5 minutes walk. Newark Castle train station - 10 mins walk.
