Homeless or vulnerably housed people. Can accept couples and rough sleepers. Priority given to applicants with a local connection to Bassetlaw.

Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 4 weeks

Support and accommodation
24 hour cover. Compulsory keywork system, weekly meetings. Individual support/action plans, reviewed monthly. Staff offer advice and support with budgeting skills, benefits, health issues, accessing leisure activities and finding employment or training. Refer to external specialist agencies where appropriate.

£20.44 pw required from residents receiving benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Compulsory keywork meetings. No Smoking allowed. Licence agreement.
Maximum of 2 between 10am-12 midnight. 1 overnight guest up to 3 nights per week.
