Who is the project for?

Who do we help?

Single homeless adults 18+. Priority given to applicants who are rough sleeping, prison leavers or hospital leavers. All referrals must have a local connection to North Kesteven.

Who we cannot help

People convicted of child sex offences.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

1 full time team leader, 3 full time support planners, 5 full time support workers. No night cover. Residents meet with a support planner on a weekly basis to review progress and action plan for the upcoming week. Along with completing any housing related support such as homelessness application, local authority housing applications etc. Residents meet with support works at least weekly to support with appointments, budgeting, employment, education, life skills etc. Support is offered with addressing offending, drug and alcohol use, mental health concerns and anti-social behaviour issues.

  • Disabled facilities: Ground floor rooms available for those who have low mobility. However no access for wheelchair users.
  • Other facilities: 15 bed Shared House: Lounge, Kitchen, 5 bathrooms 4 bed shared house: lounge, kitchen, conservatory, 2 bathrooms 2 bed shared house: kitchen, lounge, 2 bathrooms.

House rules and tenure

15 bed house – license agreement 4 and 2 bed house – assured shorthold tenancy. Residents are encouraged to engage with meaningful activity. Alcohol and drug use is not allowed on site, however we do support our residents with such issues to engage with suitable services. No smoking.


Visitors Must leave by 9pm. No under 18s at all. No overnight guests.
