Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Older single men and women aged 49+ with a history of homelessness or insecure housing and a range of support needs, including mental health, learning difficulties and alcohol/substance misuse. Priority given to applicants with a local connection.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
All referral must come through Gateway at Nottingham County Council.
Phone or call in Mon-Fri 9am-5pm for application form, completed by applicant and referral agency prior to interview.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: Long term
Support and accommodation
8 full time, 8 part time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system (5 residents per keyworker), meetings up to twice weekly. Individual care/support plan. Residents are encouraged to participate in the running of the service and take as much responsibility for themselves as possible.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No smoking allowed in communal areas. Residents can engage in monitored alcohol use on-site. Licence agreement.
Daytime and evening. No overnight guests.
