How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone Mon-Fri 8am-10pm, Sat-Sun 9am-5pm. Application form completed by prospective resident and agency. Interview at project. Carry out background checks after the interview.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 4 weeks
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Staff based at Russell House provide visiting support Mon-Fri 8am-10pm, Sat-Sun 9am-5pm, emergency on-call system. Keyworker system (1-2 residents per keyworker), with weekly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every month. Provide advice and support around benefits and budgeting, education, training and employment, health, mental health, alcohol and drugs, and social and leisure options.

House rules and tenure
Smoking in own flat only. Assured shorthold tenancy.
No restrictions. Can have overnight guests.
