Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people and couples assessed as being in priority need by Nottingham City Council. Can accept people with dogs. Priority to those with a local connection to Nottingham City.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Only accept referrals from Nottingham City Council Temporary Accommodation.
Referral procedure
Contact Nottingham City Council Housing Aid Dept who make decision as to whether or not they have a duty of care. Emergency out of hours referrals accepted via Housing Aid.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 12 weeks
Support and accommodation
Support offered
6.5 full time staff, 4 night workers, 24 hour waking cover. Support workers hold sessions weekly. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed regularly. Skills For Independence programme package.
Rooms and charges
£21.91-£32.90 required from residents receiving benefits. Working residents may have greater charge.

- Disabled facilities: 2 wheelchair users can be accommodated. Both have adapted bathroom and toilet, one has adapted kitchen.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol or smoking allowed in communal areas. Must comply with house rules. Licence agreement.
Visitors
Maximum 2 visitors per resident, must be over 16. Overnight guests by prior agreement. ID required.

Volunteering
Framework HA runs established volunteering programme with training provided. Volunteers can work in any of FHA’s specialist supported accommodation services or central office functions. Work includes admin support, befriending, catering, fundraising & skills sharing. Contact 01158504107 for more.
