Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Rough sleepers and other single homeless people, including ex-offenders, those with criminal justice orders, and people with alcohol, drugs and mental health issues. Priority to rough sleepers, prison or hospital leavers and people with local connection to Nottingham City. We accept owners and their dogs 5 only at any one time.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Only accept referrals via The Gateway.
Referral procedure
Clients can self-refer to The Gateway. Phone or call in Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 8.30am-4.30pm, Weds 10.30am-4.30pm. Interview and needs assessment.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 6 months
Support and accommodation
Support offered
London Rd - 24 hour support. Support workers and support planners integrated system of supporting service users. Pelham - No night support staff. Support workers and planner support daytime Monday to Friday. G House - 24 hour support. Support workers and support planners integrated system of supporting service users.

Ineligibles clusters = £33.74 London road flats, GH house and Pelham £17.71. Payments accepted direct from benefits.

House rules and tenure
Residents expected to engage in planned programme of resettlement. Smoking allowed in own rooms only. Licence agreement.
Visitors
Between 10am-4pm and 7.30pm-9.30pm. No overnight guests. GH house 10am ? 10pm. No overnight guests.
