Single people who require housing support because they have previously found it difficult to maintain independent accommodation. No local connection required.

No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Self-referral or agency referral.
Application form sent on request Upon receipt of application form, interview arranged to assess need.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Staffed 7 days a week. 4 full time staff available during office hours, Out of hours support service provided. Compulsory keywork system (5-6 residents per key worker), weekly keywork meetings. Signposting. Individual support plans, reviewed regularly. Staff provide support with benefits, budgeting, life skills development, accessing training and education, and liaison with other agencies.

Residents are responsible for their own utility bills.

Assured shorthold. Smoking is not allowed in communal areas.
Can stay overnight with staff agreement.
Main bus route is 100 metres away. Buses 1, 3a, 3b, 3c, 9.1, 9.2.
