Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single people aged 16-17 with support needs who present as homeless to the local authority. Must have a local connection to the area.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions.
- Minimum age accepted: 16
- Maximum age accepted: 17
How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone, call in Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or write. Interview and application form. Risk assessment. Need ID to apply for housing benefit.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 6 weeks
Support and accommodation
1 part-time member of staff visits Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, emergency on-call system. Staff provide support around independent living skills, budgeting, access to work and education, benefits and managing a tenancy.

House rules and tenure
Smoking allowed in own rooms only. Licence agreement.
Between 9am-5pm daily. No overnight guests.
