Who do we help?
Vulnerable young single homeless people aged 16-25 with medium to high support needs. No local connection required.

How to get a referral
All referrals via Young Persons Hub.
Referrals to Selby District Council Hub
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3-6 Months
- Maximum stay: 2 Years
Support and accommodation
2 full time and 4 part time staff, sleep-in cover. Keywork system with at least weekly meetings. Compulsory action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed at least every 3 months. Staff provide help with benefit applications, developing independent living skills, accessing education and training, and liaise with specialist support services where applicable.

- Disabled facilities: One ground floor room, bathroom and other communal areas are adapted, with wide access doors, low level light switches and handrails.
