Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with support needs. Must have local connection.

- Maximum age accepted: 25
How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Many referrals come from Social Services, Connexions, Probation Service and Youth Justice Team.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, call in Mon-Fri 10am-1pm or write. Needs and risk assessment. Require proof of ID.

- Maximum stay: 2 Years
Support and accommodation
12 staff, sleep-in cover at hostel. Support plans with agreed outcomes. "All support work completed with residents is targeted towards tenancy sustainment. Issues such as money management, independent living skills, employment search and training needs are all included in the support planning process."
