Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young people at risk aged 16-25. All applicants must be in contact with Harrogate Borough Council's young people's hub.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from Harrogate Borough Council.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or write. Application form completed by applicant/agency prior to interview. Risk assessment. Applicant notified of outcome within 7 days.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
7 staff provide a structured programme of support and resettlement.
Rooms and charges
Residents pay their own utility bills.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Assured shorthold tenancy or licence agreement.
Can stay overnight in flats with staff permission. No overnight guests in hostels.
Train station - 10 minutes walk.
