Who do we help?
Single homeless people with support needs. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions each referral is assessed on needs and risk management.

- Maximum age accepted: 60
How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone daily. Interview. Require proof of ID. Applicant may be offered an emergency bed for up to 2 weeks, during which time a more detailed needs assessment is made to determine the level of support required.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 6 months/18 months
Support and accommodation
30 staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system (7 residents per key worker), weekly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed frequently. Staff provide advice and support with living skills, employment, training, benefits and resettlement. On-site education courses including basic literacy and numeracy.
