Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with any background including Youth offending, drug and alcohol, mental health etc (medium-high support needs). Must have a local connection to RB Kensington & Chelsea. Individuals are allowed one pet.
Who we cannot help
People with recent convictions for arson or violent offences.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Only accept referrals from RB Kensington & Chelsea's Social Inclusion Team and Social Services. Do not accept self referrals or referrals from any other agency.
Referral procedure
Application form completed by referral agency. Interview Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Successful applicants must make a benefit claim and move in within 24 hours of acceptance.

- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Support offered
6 staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system (6 residents per key worker), with weekly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Provide support around life skills, employment and training. Financial support available to those who engage in training or employment. Refer to specialist support services where appropriate.

£9.38pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Must attend residents' meetings, keywork sessions, life skills sessions or employment/training. No alcohol allowed in the building. Smoking is allowed in own room and garden. Licence agreement.
Visitors
Between 9am-10pm. 2 guests per resident. No overnight guests.

Volunteering
There is a range for volunteering opportunities within the organisation. For tutoring young people, running workshops, helping with gardening, English classes, cooking session etc. Anyone interested in volunteering should contact our volunteer coordinator, details on website.
