Young homeless people aged 16 plus. Can include parent and child. No local connection required. Other sites available for over 18's.
Who we cannot help
People with a history of arson or sex offences.

Support and accommodation
5 full time Engagement Officers are based on-site from 8am to 8pm, night concierge covers from 8pm to 8am. Keywork system with weekly/fortnightly meetings. Staff provide support around employment, education, volunteering and training. YMCA Birmingham Training department delivers sessions on numeracy, literacy, the service is covered 24 hours daily.

House rules and tenure
All residents must be engaged in education, training or employment. Smoking allowed in own room only. Written house rules. Assured shorthold tenancies.
Can stay overnight, not long term.
Buses 102, 104, 105, 110, 904, 905 to Six Ways Island in Erdington - 2 minutes walk.
