Single homeless people with support needs. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
Arsonists, sex offenders or people with a history of violence.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Referrals come from agencies throughout the UK.
Phone, call in Mon-Fri 9am-4.30pm or write. Form also available on website. Application form completed by prospective resident or agency prior to interview. Risk assessment form completed by referral agency.

Support and accommodation
14 full time staff, available Mon-Sat 8am-5pm, emergency on-call system. Keyworker system, meetings as necessary. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed regularly. Staff provide advice, emotional support, help with independent living skills and access to training. Residents work full time in the Community's business.

There is no charge made to residents.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Must attend residents' meetings. No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in own rooms and designated outdoor areas. Licence agreement. Illegal drugs and legal highs not tolerated
Until 10pm. Overnight guests with staff permission.
Bus to Bedford - 10 minutes walk.
Currently have 45 volunteers. Help with shops, warehouse, van driving, bistro, and organising evening activities. Phone 01234 720826 for further information.
