Who do we help?
Single homeless people. Priority to people with a local connection. Will consider ex-offenders and those with mild mental health problems.
Who we cannot help
Arsonists, sex offenders. People currently using drugs or abusing alcohol.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals, referrals from any agency, referrals from prison.
Download self-referral/agency referral form from website. If suitable, interview arranged. Can also collect referral form from their shops on Chatham High Street and on West Street, Sittingbourne.

Support and accommodation
24 hour on-call system. Staff offer individually tailored support to residents (Companions).

No ineligible costs.

- Disabled facilities: Some studios are on the ground floor, but there are no specific adaptations.
- Other facilities: Lounge with TV, computer access, wifi, garden.
Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol or drugs allowed. Strict house rules. Licence agreement.
Visitors allowed until 10pm. Children under 16 must have consent from Community Manager. No overnight guests.
Chatham train station - 10 minutes walk.
