Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people with low support needs, including ex-offenders, people with mental health issues and those with drug or alcohol problems. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone Mon-Fri 8.45am-5.30pm, email or write for an application form, to be completed by applicant and referral agency before interview. Require proof of ID, eg NI number, medical card, passport, bank statement. Require references.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 2 weeks
- Maximum stay: Long term
Support and accommodation
4 full time and 2 part time staff on-site Mon-Fri 8am-6.30pm, emergency on-call system. Keywork system with regular individual meetings and daily group meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed regularly. Staff offer life skills training, budgeting, money management.
Rooms and charges
There is no charge to residents for the accommodation.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Must participate in support programme and volunteering for project. No alcohol allowed on premises. There is no smoking inside the building. Licence agreement.
Until 11pm. Overnight guests with staff permission. No under 18s except residents' children.
Bus stop at bottom of drive.
We accept financial donations to help the charity. We also accept donations of furniture and bric a brac that we can sell in out shop. Contact 02476 661466 for further information.
