Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people with support needs. 6 spaces for people with high support needs such as drug or alcohol problems who are working with Inclusion. No local connection required. Can accept up to 2 dogs (but must be kennelled during day).
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Call in or phone Mon-Sat 8am-9pm, write for an application form or download it from the website. Form completed by applicant or referral agency prior to interview. Require proof of ID and any relevant background information.

Support and accommodation
5 full time staff on-site at all times. Support for residents with low support needs provided on day to day basis, as and when required. Residents in detox spaces have action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed as necessary.

There is no charge to residents for the accommodation.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Residents must participate in programme of support. No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in own rooms only. Licence agreement.
Until 10pm. Overnight guests with staff permission.
