Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 18-34 with low support needs.
Who we cannot help
Those with convictions for arson. People whose support needs cannot be met by the project.

How to get a referral
Anyone can refer agency’s and self referrals
Phone or call in during office hours. Application form and interview with 2 members of staff. Require as much background information from referring agency as possible.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
2 part time staff, waking nights cover Fri-Sun, warden calls on other nights. Compulsory monthly support meetings. Staff provide help with completing application forms, budgeting, cooking and developing other independent living skills, and advice on education, training and employment.
Rooms and charges
Between £8.00- £16.00pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

- Furnishings: Rooms fully furnished, with washbasins.

- Disabled facilities: One ground floor room suitable for wheelchair users.
- Other facilities: Lounge, gym, garden.

House rules and tenure
Residents must attend monthly support meetings. House rules for each scheme Smoking outside only. Licence agreement.
In communal areas only, must leave by 10pm. No overnight guests.
