Clients with high risk complex needs - decisions are made on an individual risk assessment basis.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Do not accept self referrals, if wanting to self refer must go through the day centre, referrals taken from all agencies.

Referral procedure

Referrals taken at day centre, phone 01442 2759000 daily 9am-4pm.

Length of stay

  • Minimum stay: 1 night
  • Maximum stay: 3 months

Support and accommodation

Support offered

15 staff, 30 volunteers. 2 staff on shift each night (waking staff). Full assessment of needs and support plan within first 5 days of stay. 1:1 key work throughout stay. Staff provide advice , help with benefits and other support according to need. Regular activities workshops and training organised. Access to laundry, library, IT facilities.

£25.90 per week for people entitled to full Housing Benefit.

House rules and tenure

No alcohol/drugs on premises, designated smoking area- no smoking in the building, alcohol limit applies (individual limits where applicable for dependent drinkers).


Pre-arranged personal visitors by arrangement between 2.30pm - 6pm.
