How to get a referral
All referrals come via Bristol City Council.
All interested parties need to make an appointment at Temple Street Bristol City Council to present as homeless.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1-3 Months
- Maximum stay: 6 months - 1 Year
Support and accommodation
3 full time and 1 part time supported housing officers, 1 part time cleaner, 1 part estates officer, 1 full time team leader. Staff are available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, there is access to an on call service after these hours if needed, we also have a security guard on site Monday-Friday 8pm-4am and Saturday-Sunday 8pm-6am. Residents are required to attend support sessions fortnightly – housing support is offered (budgeting, accessing accommodation in the community, signposting to relevant agencies, applying for benefits

- Disabled facilities: We have 1 bedroom for single women on the ground floor and 4 flat pods on the ground floor for mothers and babies. Unfortunately we do not have any walk in showers.
Rules and policies
Close to Temple Meads train station and bus links. City centre - 5 minutes walk.
We have volunteers that come to the projects once a year from University of West of England to do various jobs for us over a couple of days. We would welcome volunteers to help run classes, organise the food shop etc. Contact 011792743844 or firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
