How to get a referral
Accept referrals from local authorities in Amber Valley, Derby, Erewash, Chesterfield, Broxtowe, Cannock Chase, East Staffordshire, Stafford, Tamworth, Gloucester and Swindon. Also prison, probation, other agencies and self referrals.
Referral usually via local authority housing options team or public sector service.

Support and accommodation
Staff available during working hours to provide support, including regular house meetings. Emergency on-call service available during evenings and weekends. Additional support for higher support needs is available.
