Sex offenders. Arsonists considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from Derby, Amber Valley, Erewash, Broxtowe, Cannock Chase, East Staffs, Lichfield, Shropshire, S Staffs, Stafford, Tamworth, Telford & Wrekin, Swindon, Futures Homescape, prison, probation. other agencies, and self referrals.
Phone or email office 9am-5.30pm. Interview takes 1 hour, applicant needs ID and know their NI number.

Support and accommodation
Staff available Mon-Fri 9am-4.30pm. emergency on-call service in evenings and at weekends.

Approx £15pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
No smoking on premises. Abuse will not be tolerated. Tenancy agreement.
One visitor at a time 9am-10pm. No overnight guests.
