Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with medium support needs. Priority to those with a local connection to LB Brent.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Homeless Link member agencies via START Plus Team.
Phone 9am-5pm daily. Application form completed by applicant and agency prior to interview. If accepted, can move in day after interview. Require proof of ID.
Length of stay

- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
4 full time project workers and 2 full time night staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system (approx 5 residents per keyworker), with weekly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff provide support around independent living skills, budgeting, employment and training. Offer money management training and family mediation.

£10.50pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. Must attend keywork and support planning sessions. Smoking allowed in own room. Licence agreement.
Must leave by 11pm. No overnight guests.
Willesden Green tube - 5 minutes walk. Bus 98.
