Who do we help?
Single people and couples aged 16-24 and young parents aged 16-21 who are vulnerably housed or homeless. Must have location connection to Sheffield.

How to get a referral
Only accept referrals via Sheffield Housing Solutions.

Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3-6 Months
- Maximum stay: 2 Years
Support and accommodation
Staff available 9am-5pm, out of hours on-call system. key worker system (10 residents per worker) weekly meetings with agreed outcomes. Staff visit residents at least weekly to provide support, information, advocacy and advice on a range of issues, including help with budgeting, paying bills, claiming benefits, making links with the community.
