Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young people aged 16-21 who are homeless and have high support needs. Must have a local connection to Manchester. Can accept young people with multiple needs and those who are under curfew and/or tagged.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Referrals accepted from City Centre Project. Referrals accepted from Banardos if the person is under 18 and leaving care.

Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 2 months
- Maximum stay: 6 months
Support and accommodation
9 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system (1 senior worker and 2 project workers per 4 residents). Meetings held at least 3 times a month. Action plans, devised and monitored by staff and resident, reviewed monthly by manager. Up to 6 external agencies may be working with resident around other issues eg tags, curfew, court, prison, drug rehab, etc.

£8.40pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Written house rules. No alcohol in communal areas. Smoking in own room only. Licence agreement.
Between 10am and 10pm in residents' rooms only. No overnight guests.
