Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Care leavers up to the age of 25, if social services continue to support. 16/17 year old child in need, child in care, and unaccompanied asylum-seekers.
Who we cannot help
High support needs young people. Young people with animals.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Agency or young person completes referral form. Interview if a vacancy is expected shortly, otherwise placed on waiting list.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: None
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
2 full time staff, 4 volunteers, available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, plus some weekend and evening work as required. Key worker system and support plans. Provide support around independent living skills and encouragement around getting back into education and accessing college courses. Offer money management and cookery sessions. Floating support for 3 months.

£12.35pw required from residents receiving benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking in own room or garden only. Must attend housing meeting and support sessions. Licence agreement.
Between 9am-9pm. No overnight guests.
Gravesend train station - 5 mins walk. Town centre buses - 5 mins walk.
