Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Homeless people with support needs, including those with alcohol, drug and mental health problems. Can accommodate 5 couples. Priority given to those with a local connection to Cornwall.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone 8.30am-8.30pm to arrange an informal visit, where an application form will be issued. Applicants will go before a selection panel, prior to being accepted for interview.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
6 full time staff on-site, sleep-in cover. Keywork system with regular meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff provide support around independent living skills, money management, benefits, drugs and alcohol, accessing education, training and employment, community services.

£8.16pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
Smoking in own room or flat only. Licence agreement and assured shorthold tenancy.
2 visitors each between 8.30am-11pm. One overnight guest with permission after 3 months.
Truro train station - 5 minutes walk, bus station - 10 minutes walk.
