Single homeless people and childless couples. Local connection required. Can accept people with dogs.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
All referrals through Phoenix House at Leicester Council.
All applicants must register as homeless with Leicester Council. Call in to Phoenix House (address above, nb public access via Welford Place) Mon & Weds-Fri 9am-4pm, Tues 1pm-4pm, or phone Mon, Weds, Thurs 9am-5pm, Tues 1pm-5pm, Fri 9am-4.30pm or Sat 10am-1pm.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 1 month
Support and accommodation
13 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Staff offer advice, help and support to all residents on an individual basis, as required. Can refer to specialist agencies. Training and recreational activities, including IT, cooking, personal health, anger management, arts and crafts, gym, swimming and football.

No alcohol on the premises. No smoking allowed in communal areas. Licence agreement.
Leicester train station - 1 minute walk.
