Who do we help?
Young single homeless people with low to medium support needs. Applicants must have a local connection to Wiltshire.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
All referrals via Wiltshire Council Housing Options.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm for information. Interviews held when there is a vacancy/expected vacancy.

Support and accommodation
Staff on-site during daytime, emergency on-call system. key worker system, with weekly meetings. Needs assessment and support planning regularly reviewed. Provide support around budgeting, benefits, independent living skills, training, education and employment. Signpost to specialist services if required.

£8.05pw required from residents at Bleys House on benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Alcohol in own rooms only. Smoking in own rooms and garden. Bleys House - licence agreement, Drinkwater Court and Sidmouth Street - assured shorthold tenancy.
Overnight guests allowed 1 night per week in shared accommodation.
Bleys House/Drinkwater Court - train stations 10-20 mins. Sidmouth St - near town centre.
