Who do we help?
Homeless families, couples and single people with statutory priority status. Must have a local connection to Bath and North East Somerset.

How to get a referral
Only accept referrals from Bath and North East Somerset Council Housing Options and Homelessness Team.
Phone Mon-Thurs 8.30am-5pm, Fri 8.30am-4.30pm to arrange initial risk assessment interview. May require relevant background reports.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
4 full time staff based on-site Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, security officer at other times. Keywork system (10 residents per worker), keywork meetings weekly-fortnightly. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed at least quarterly. Staff provide support around tenancy sustainment, focusing on any issues that may have led to homelessness or which could present problems with longer term resettlement.

£7.92pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
Must participate in programme of support. Alcohol and smoking allowed in own rooms only. Licence agreement.
Between 7am-11pm Sun-Thurs, 7am-midnight Fri-Sat.
