Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-21. 2 units for teenage single parents. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
Will not generally accept arsonists or sex offenders with a history of child abuse.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from any agency.
Complete application form at www.housingsupportgatewaybathnes.gov.uk - this application covers all supported housing in BANES. Applicants will be contacted before interview.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Staff visit Cleveland House weekly, emergency on-call system. Residents visit nearby Pathways project for support. Keywork system, meetings as required. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Support around independent living skills, including finances, physical and emotional health, drugs and alcohol, work and training.

Residents in bedsits and flat pay their own utility bills.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Must participate in programme of support. No alcohol or smoking allowed in communal areas. Assured shorthold tenancy and licence agreement.
Until midnight. Overnight guests allowed 3 nights a week.
