Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single people aged(17 with a social worker) 18-25 with low-medium support needs who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Applicants must be willing to engage with the support and training service. Priority to those with a local connection.
Who we cannot help
People convicted of arson or sex offences.

How to get a referral
All referrals must be made through the Bath and North East Somerset Gateway. Application form online at www.housingsupportgatewaybathnes.org.uk
Gateway application form completed by applicant. When rooms become available applicants will be called in for an interview, needs assessment and risk assessment.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
3 full time staff, emergency on-call system. Keywork system (13 residents per keyworker) with meetings held fortnightly-monthly. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff offer support with independent living skills, mental and emotional health, family issues, physical and sexual health and education, training and employment.
Rooms and charges
Weekly service charge required from residents in receipt of benefits.

- Disabled facilities: 1 flat on ground floor for person with mobility difficulties. Adapted bathroom.
Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Residents must engage with support and training service. No alcohol in communal areas. Smoking allowed in own flats. Assured shorthold tenancy.
Maximum 3 at any one time. No under 16s. Overnight guests up to 3 nights per week.
Moorland train station - 30 minutes walk.
