Who do we help?
Single homeless people with a diagnosed mental health issue, who may also have a substance use issue. Must have a local connection to LB Brent.
Who we cannot help
Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from any agency in LB Brent via START Plus.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or write. Application form, completed by agency. Interview. Project visit. Require proof of ID, eg birth certificate, and relevant reports including risk assessment and Probation. Proof of ability to pay rent.

Support and accommodation
8 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system (3 residents per keyworker), weekly meetings. Action plans reviewed quarterly. Staff offer advice and support around independent living skills. Relapse prevention programme, health & wellbeing workshops, ETE workshops.

£15.50pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in own room only. Clients expected to engage with support. Licence agreement.
Between 8am and 10pm, 2 visitors per client maximum. No overnight guests.
Kilburn tube - 5 mins walk. Buses 16, 32, 98, 316.
