Single people, couples and families who have presented as homeless to Peterborough City Council. Must have local connection and be considered to be in priority need.

How to get a referral
Only accept referrals from Peterborough City Council's Housing Needs Team.
Application to Peterborough City Council Housing Needs Mon-Fri 9am-4pm, or phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (01733 864157 out of hours). Application form completed by Homeless Unit. Interview. Require ID.

- Minimum stay: 1 night

Support and accommodation
6 full time staff, emergency on-call system. Staff based on-site 9am-5pm at 4 hostels, with night porter. Basic action plans, reviewed 3 monthly. Staff identify long-term support needs and refer to appropriate agencies.

£11.41-£21pw required from residents receiving benefits.

- Furnishings: Rooms basically furnished.

- Disabled facilities: 5 rooms accessible to wheelchair users. Adapted kitchen and bathroom.
- Other facilities: Garden with play equipment, access to computers and residents lounge.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed. Smoking allowed in designated areas only. Licence agreement.
10am-10pm. No overnight guests.
