Who is the project for?

Who do we help?

Single homeless people, local connection required, however there may be certain exemptions for people fleeing domestic violence. We operate a drug and alcohol tolerant policy across most of our properties and also have a dry unit.

Who we cannot help

We will consider single homeless people based on their individual need and risk.

Referral procedure

Phone or email Mon-Fri 8.30am – 5pm. Please ring us first if you want to call in. Application form completed by referrer and/or prospective resident with help from staff if required. If appropriate, this is followed by needs and risk assessment at face to face interview.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

24 hours security/concierge. Staff available Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm, emergency on-call system at other times. Support plans and key worker system with weekly meetings, ad hoc meetings between times as needed. Provide support around independent living, budgeting, benefits, developing relationships with neighbours and other people, and accessing specialist support services. Life skills training and other activities run on and off site.

£12.50pw or £13.50pw depending on accommodation is required from residents receiving benefits.

Rules and policies

House rules and tenure

Smoking allowed in rooms or outside. Alcohol use permitted in rooms at most properties so long as it does not lead to anti-social behaviour. Drug tolerance policy. Residents required to engage with support & tenancy sustainment, including weekly key-work session & engagement in positive activities.


Some properties can have overnight guests with staff permission.
