Young single homeless people aged 16-24. Priority local connection required.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from Housing Options Team and Social Services only.
Phone, call in Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, or write for application form. Interview, with needs and risk assessments. Require proof of ID, eg birth certificate, passport, national insurance card, and any additional documentation.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: None
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
4 support staff on premises 8am-8pm. Emergency on-call after 10pm. Weekly support plan meetings. Housing related support.

£19.49pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol in communal areas. Customers must engage in support plans. Assured shorthold tenancy.
Residents must complete an overnight stay request - no under 16s - maximum stay 3 nights.
Sheerness train and bus stations - 1 minute walk.
