Who do we help?
Young people aged 16-21. Must have a local connection. 21 to 25 must have a specific vulnerability as to why adult service may not be appropriate.
Who we cannot help
All referrals will be considered with decisions made based on a risk assessment and support needs.

Support and accommodation
Howe Hill is Tier 1 within young persons accommodation pathway, assistance and advice are given and all young people are required to engage with the service to secure more permanent accommodation.
