Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single homeless women aged 18-35 with support needs. Most applicants must have a local connection to Guildford, the remainder need a local connection to Surrey.
Who we cannot help
People with high needs, eg current drug/alcohol users or those with enduring mental health issues.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone or call in daily 8am-11pm.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 month
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Staff available 8am-11pm daily, sleep-in cover. Keywork system with weekly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed according to need. Staff provide advice, help with independent living skills, and support around training, employment and future housing options. Weekly communal activities.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Must engage with support offered and attend residents' meetings. No alcohol or smoking allowed on the premises. Licence agreement.
Between 11am-9pm. Maximum 1 male and 1 female guest. Female guests can stay overnight.
