Vulnerable young people who are homeless, or facing homelessness. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
All referrals via City of York Council Single Access Point.
Application form completed by applicant and agency prior to interview. May require risk assessment. Referring agency informed of outcome.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
3 full time staff, 4 part time staff. Sleep-in workers. Weekly support meetings. Outcomes Star and action plans are used with 3 month reviews. Staff provide support with housing, budgeting, life skills, and access to education and employment. Referral to specialist agencies.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Written house rules. Assured shorthold tenancy.
Must leave by 10pm. One overnight guest per resident for up to three nights per week.
York train station - 10 minutes walk.
