Single homeless women. Priority given to applicants with a local connection to Newcastle.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from any agency, ideally through the Gateway referral system.
Application form completed by potential resident and referring agency, where applicable. Require proof of identity.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 week
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
4 full time day staff, 1 waking night worker on-site. Keywork system (3-4 residents per worker), weekly-monthly meetings. Staff provide support around independent living skills and resettlement.

£10.12pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking only allowed in own room and rear yard. Licence agreement.
Women visitors only, Mon-Fri until 4pm in communal areas. No overnight guests.
Newcastle train station - 5 minutes walk.
