Who do we help?
Single homeless women. Priority given to applicants with a local connection to Newcastle.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Referrals are accepted via the Newcastle Gateway Service.
Referrals are received from Newcastle Gateway Service at which point in time, Project Staff will make contact to arrange interview.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 week
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
The Project is staffed 24/7 and has 4 day staff and 2 night staff working a rota basis. Key work sessions are carried out as well as Risk Assessments, Support Plans and Outcome Stars. Support is provided around managing daily living skills, signposting to agencies and move on accommodation.

Weekly charge of £13.52 which covers gas, water and electric.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking only allowed in own room and rear yard. Licence agreement.
No Visitors are allowed either during the day or overnight.
Newcastle train station - 5 minutes walk.
