Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless men and couples only with support needs. Can accept 2 couples. Priority given to applicants with a local connection to Newcastle upon Tyne.
Who we cannot help
Registered sex offenders.

How to get a referral
Prioritise referrals from Housing Advice Centre and The Gateway, then accept self referrals and referrals from any agency, as long as they are on Gateway system.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
5 full time support staff available Mon-Fri, 24 hour waking cover. Keyworker system (8 residents per keyworker), with meetings at least monthly. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff provide support around independent living skills and resettlement.

£15.10pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Smoking allowed outside only. Expectations and consequences document. Licence agreement.
Visitors at staff discretion. No overnight guests.
Newcastle Central station - 20 mins walk. Buses 1, 30, 39, 40.
