Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with low support needs. Applicants must have a local connection to Westminster.
Who we cannot help
People who need a higher level of support than can be provided.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from Westminster Young Persons' Pathway.
Referral form completed by applicant and agency. Recent support plan, risk assessment and rent statement required in most cases. Information sessions and interview, decision usually within 5 days.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 1 year
Support and accommodation
2 staff available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Out of hours support. Keywork system, monthly meetings. Staff provide support around education, employment and training.

‚£8.06-‚£10.96pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol or smoking in communal areas.
Overnight guests, 3 nights per week.
