Who do we help?
Vulnerable homeless young people aged 16-25 who have complex needs, including care leavers, ex-offenders, chaotic drug and alcohol issues, mild-moderate mental health issues. Can accept couples as separate individual applications. Local connection not always essential.

How to get a referral
All referrals via Housing Options. Can accept (in some circumstances) self referrals, referrals from any agency, including youth offending, probation and social services.

Support and accommodation
No staff at the property but available at Salisbury road office Mon – Fri 9-5 and out of hours on call available. Each resident is allocated a key worker. Keywork system with regular meetings. Support includes help and advice on all aspects of independent living, benefits, health needs and move-on plans.
