Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Vulnerable homeless young people aged 16-25 who have complex needs, including care leavers, ex-offenders, chaotic drug and alcohol issues, mild-moderate mental health issues. Can accept couples as separate individual applications. Local connection not always essential.
Who we cannot help
No direct exclusions each case is assessed independently.

- Maximum age accepted: 25
How to get a referral
All referrals via Housing Options. Can accept (in some circumstances) self referrals, referrals from any agency, including youth offending, probation and social services.

Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 6 months
Support and accommodation
All indepenant living skill support/ move on support/ access to education and training through CP works/ maximise income Access to mental health support

£10.78pw required from residents receiving benefits.

- Furnishings: Furnished rooms.

- Other facilities: 2 computer available for YP use.

Licence agreement. Must be willing to access education and training or work towards employment.
No visitor policy.
